Cancellation Policy

Please kindly ensure you arrive on time as our bookings are often back to back. We will send a confirmation SMS 1 day prior to the appointment, Cancellation/Reschedule can only be made 24 hours prior to the Scheduled time. *Please note deposit will not be refunded to any cancellation that made by you. *Please note deposit will not be refunded if the booking has been changed in less than 24 hours to the scheduled time. We will HOLD YOUR BOOKING FOR 10 MIN ONLY and we will need to cancel it if there is a following appointment. If you cannot arrive on time, please kindly let us know in advance and we can reschedule the booking for you.
